The Lost Art of Correspondence
Join the Goucher College Library staff in celebrating the 250th anniversary of novelist Jane Austen’s birth and practice your correspondence skills. Use a quill and ink pen to write a letter in cursive, fold the letter into an envelope, and secure it with a wax seal. Enjoy some replicas of Jane Austen’s own correspondence and learn more about Goucher College Library’s extensive Jane Austen Collection.
