Austen at 250: “No check to my Genius from beginning to end”
Baltimore will host the Jane Austen Society of North America Annual General Meeting (JASNA AGM) that celebrates Jane Austen’s legacy, timelessness, relevance, and enduring genius through an exploration of her literary works, surviving letters, published and unpublished works, and more. Juliette Wells, Professor of Literary Studies at Goucher College, will present a plenary talk. Items from the Goucher College Special Collections & Archives will be displayed at the conference hotel, and attendees will have the option to add a tour to Goucher’s campus to visit the collections on Monday, October 13.
